1. Trainee Belt Jointing Technicians / Belt splicers -- 10th / 12th / ITI (Pass or Fail)

15,000/- P.M. to 21,000/- P.M. + incentive

2. Mech. Engineers -- B.Tech / GET

20,000/- P.M. to 22,000/- P.M.

3. Supervisors -- Diploma in mechanical

18,000/- P.M. to 20,000/- P.M.

4. Safety Officers -- 12th + Graduation with Diploma in Fire & Safety / NEBOSH / any other certificates from Govt. approved Safety Institute.

16,000/- P.M. to 18,000/- P.M.

5. Commercial Asst. / Site Asst. -- Graduation in any subject preferably B.Com / B.A. / BCA

18,000/- P.M. to 20,000/- P.M.

Other Facilities / Allowances :-

1. Bachelor Accommodation shall be provided with kitchen facilities.

2. Conveyance facilities for attending the jobs and return to quarters.

3. All statutory payments like PF, ESI, Bonus plus medical allowance and LTA are applicable.

4. TA / DA is applicable as per norms.

5. The above salary is only applicable for fresh candidates. For experienced candidates, salary will be based on their experience & performance.

6. Annual increments shall be provided after successful completion of one year after confirmation, based on the performance.
